Horticultural Rep Group (HRG). is a Utah corporation created in May 2018 to address the changing market in the indoor horticultural industry. HRG is a professional Manufacturers’ Representative agency which specializes in the sale of horticultural products to the indoor and greenhouse horticultural markets. The HRG sales team has worked together as a functioning team for four years now as the Nanolux Technology sales team. The sales team has been seperated into a separate entity to be able to further the marketing and sales of our partner companies under the HRG family.

Keith’s background is in economics which he studied at UC Berkeley. He has successfully built seven companies over his 30-year business career. His industrial background is in lighting which he has been doing in one form or another for his entire career. He is a long-standing figure in the horticultural/hydroponics industry and was the owner of Diamond Lights Inc., one of the original lighting companies in the industry. He was also one of the founders of Sentinel controls within the hydroponic industry. He currently operates and oversees Nanolux Technology Inc..
Kim has 25 years of business experience in operations and finance. She has successfully built and managed her own multi-million dollar businesses and has been a very successful business entrepreneur. Her expertise is in all facets of operations, systems flow and finance. She has a deep understanding of accounting and CRM platforms. She also has years of experience in sales and marketing. Kim currently also holds the position as the CFO of Nanolux Technology Inc..
Southern California/Southern Nevada
Lindsay K. Vogel comes from an extensive sales and marketing background with a high level entrepreneurial spirit. From owning her own business at age 21, to working and doing sales for a multimillion dollar travel company in the tech space. She later found excitement in the widely growing horticultural industry starting out her career at Nanolux Technology, now going on approx. 5 years and today has become widely knowledgeable within the space.
Northern California/Northern Nevada Territory
Dan has been in the Hydroponic Industry for over 15 years. He started his career at Diamond Lights in San Rafael, Ca.. He spent his time at Diamond Lights as the Retail store manager and moving to Inside Sales and R&D. He then moved to a postion as Inside Sales/Purchasing Manager for General Hydroponics in Sebastopol, Ca. He has been with Nanolux Technology in Commercial Sales and NorCal Sales Rep is technical knowledge of Hydroponic growing and his back ground in Sales and business is a perfect fit for Nanolux Technology.
Stephen began working in the Hydroponic industry in 2005 and has over ten years of retail experience across four different states and is a former contributor of Maximum Yield Magazine prior to joining Nanolux in 2015.
Pacific Northwest Territory
Shawn graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Starting in 2013, Shawn worked with Recreational Gardens in the Pacific Northwest implementing good manufacturing processes, building design as well as permitting. Prior to this Shawn worked as an industrial engineer working with start-ups to build and implement large scale production facilities. He is an active member of IISE, SEMS and NCIA.
Rocky Mountain Territory
Christen started working retail in the hydroponics industry in 2006 under some of the most respected and knowledgeable people in the field. She takes pride in sharing that knowledge with a high level of integrity. In 2014 she started with Nanolux as their Rocky Mountain sales representative in a territory of 11 states.
Donnie’s background is extensive in the HVAC industry where he began right out of high school and went on to owning a company for the final two years of his HVAC career. As a long time indoor cultivator, in 2018, Donnie took his knowledge and became the East Coast Representative for Oregon’s Only Organics. His short time with Oregon’s Only led him to the position he currently holds, as the North East Representative for Horticulture Rep Group.
Carmen has a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and a background in account management, sales and recruiting. She worked for an LED lighting company prior to Horticultural Rep Group and is enthusiastic about being in the cannabis industry. She is passionate about continuing to educate herself and sharing her knowledge in this space. Carmen and her family began growing medical cannabis in 2008 when it became legal in the state of Michigan and have been licensed caregivers helping patients ever since.
